This Month: Giving Back to the Eric Marsh Foundation

Throughout June, RWB will donate $1 from every Hot Shot Burger sold to the Eric Marsh Foundation to honor the lives and legacies of the 19 Granite Mountain Hot Shots.

Jalapeno infused cheese mixture tucked inside pillows of egg-rich pasta, crispy coated with seasoned breadcrumbs. Served with salsa ranch dip. $13.00

Chicken Burrata Avocado Caprese Salad

Romaine lettuce, fresh burrata cheese, roasted red peppers, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil, house made balsamic vinaigrette, with balsamic reduction, topped with grilled chicken. $22.00

 

Hot Shot Poblano Burger

Half pound Cajun season burger topped with pepper jack cheese, poblano crema, and poblano chili peppers. Served with Cajun seasoned fries. ($1 donated to Eric Marsh Foundation) $19.50

 

2-6oz Flame Grilled Pork Chops with Peach Relish

2 6oz center cut bone-in pork chops marinated then flame grilled and topped with a house made peach relish. Served with mashed potatoes and your choice of 1 additional side. $30.00
