Lemon chiffon, ripe pineapple, hibiscus flower and white peach on the nose.
Tastes of melon, nectarine, and vanilla bean. Lively and smooth mouthfeel.

Dutton-Goldfield “Walker Hill” Chardonnay, Green Valley, CA – 95
Aromas of lemon-lime zest, tangerine and apricot. Tastes of apple, Meyer lemon
and almond croissant. Complex, rich, and exquisitely balanced.

OTHER WHITES & SPARKLING

Blindfold Blanc de Noir, California – 60
Notes of fresh, in-season citrus, white flower, white peach and a hint of
tart cranberry. Delicate but lively, elegant but zingy and bright.

Drappier Carte d’Or Brut Champagne, Urville, France – 85
Apple, honeycomb, and white flowers on the nose. Orchard and stone fruits,
hints of spice, and quince jelly on the palette. Rounded and full-bodied with fine bubbles.

PINOT NOIR

Dutton-Goldfield Redwood Ridge Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, CA – 95
Aromas of wild berries, geranium, lavender, cinnamon and sandalwood.
Tastes of blackberry, raspberry and black plum. Rich, robust and round tannins.

Ponzi “Reserve” Pinot Noir, Chehalem Mountains, OR – 115
Attractive ripe and pure red cherry fruit. Nicely framed in brambly spice and floral notes.
Red cherry flavors on the palette, fine tannins that lead to bold yet refined finish.

ZINFANDEL

BACA “Cat’s Cradle” Zinfandel, Sonoma County, CA – 70
Aromas of star anise, dark plum, wild brambly berries and dried flowers.
Polished texture, with well-balanced tannins that carry through to a lingering finish.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Obsidian Ridge “Estate” Cabernet, Red Hills Lake County, CA – 60
Fresh red cherries, hints of cinnamon and spice on the nose. Mulberry and
plum woven with dried oregano and cinnamon on the palette supported by
a rich texture of fine leathery tannins.

My Favorite Neighbor Cabernet, San Luis Obispo County, CA – 80
On the palate, flavors of tobacco and blackberry finish with lush tannins
and extended minerality.

Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Artemis Cabernet, Napa Valley, CA – 130
Well-structured wine with a pleasing brambleberry note that leads to
a long finish with a hint of oak spice.

DAOU Soul of a Lion Cabernet, Paso Robles, CA – 220
Aromas of lilac, violet, and spices. Tastes of blackberry, blueberry, black currant,
dark cherry, sweet tobacco and vanilla bean. Structured, balanced, powerful and complex.

Deep purple hue and aromas of raspberry, red currant, black tea, and licorice.
The palate shows vibrant acidity, lots of red and blue fruit and a touch of spicy

Masi Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, Italy – 90
Baked fruit, plums and cherries with hints of cinnamon and clove on the nose.
Tastes of ripe dark fruit with hints of coffee and cocoa. Velvety tannins and round acidity.
